Blah! blah blah bleh!<\/p>\n<p>So why sweat about it in the first place over and over again, right?<\/p>\n<p>The answer my friend is: Despite repeated fucking annihilation of this beautiful, instrumental element &#8212; without-a-doubt, inspiration (a half brother to <em>motivation<\/em>\u00a0) is also at the same time a powerful and lethal and reliable and efficient catalyst &#8212; mostly to get un-dones <strong>done<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>However, however, I suggest, don&#8217;t seek for inspiration at all but when it finally breaks in through the cracks, into your life, just fucking seal it, feed on it, breathe on it\u00a0 &#8212; when it lasts!<\/p>\n<p>T<strong>wo examples.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/timgrover.com\">Tim Grover<\/a> <\/strong>&#8211; a bestselling author of <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Relentless-Unstoppable-Tim-S-Grover\/dp\/1476714207\">Relentless: From Good to Great to Unstoppable<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, and most importantly, a credible trainer to some of the most elite athletes like Michael Jordan,\u00a0Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, and dozens of other top performing athletes, in his book, writes:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t care how much you can lift, how fast you can run, how many pull-ups you can do, or whether you can hit a three while blindfolded. There are only three things I ask of every client&#8230; Show up, work hard, and listen. That&#8217;s it. It requires no talent, no special genetics, or any skill whatsoever to <strong>show up<\/strong>, <strong>work hard<\/strong>, and <strong>listen<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>He adds,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;When I train my athletes, it&#8217;s a dictatorship with\u00a0three rules: <strong>show up<\/strong>, <strong>work hard<\/strong>, and <strong>listen<\/strong>.
