Of course, we salivate for all the former ones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For, our life depends on few of these essential life utilities, doesn&#8217;t it? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>But, we die for that too!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>A giant, fat fuck to our stupid, <strong>negative bias<\/strong>; We&#8217;re by evolution, designed to succumb to our own detriment. Our own unpreparedness, or call it deficiencies. Physically. Mentally. Spiritually. Whatever you add to the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simply put, we successfully kill ourselves, in the end! Don&#8217;t we?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because, in the likes of pollinators such as Bees&#8217;, who&#8217;re naturally attracted to the shape, colors and <strong>scents<\/strong> of flowers &#8212; we&#8217;re default magnet to our own ignorance, &#8230; to our very, very own suffering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>In this pretext,<strong> let&#8217;s put love<\/strong> under the microscope  &#8212; <em>which metaphorically speaking, is <strong>a breath <\/strong>and <strong>the breadth<\/strong> of life<\/em> in its entirety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okay. Love! Hmmmm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You seek love from <strong>Mr. X, Ms. Y<\/strong>,\u00a0\u2026 in <strong>Mr this and Mrs. tha<\/strong>t, your boyfriend, girl friend, husband, wife, brother, sister,\u2026 be it even family; You thirst, hunger, matter of fact, you\u2019re wired to search for love, acceptance, conformance outside but yourself. Science calls this\u00a0<strong>a conformity bias,<\/strong>\u00a0which, call it tragic\u200a\u2014\u200a is deeply coded into our cells by nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, when was the last time you tore yourself up, teared up, felt small and worthless and lifeless, and wasteful, like a piece of stinking shit &#8230; somebody\u2019s fucking love, acceptance, grace, attention or lack thereof?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrarily, when was the last time you treated yourself for just being alive, for just breathing at will, for the whole day you have for yourself ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And, whoa, this might sound weird, but have you ever thought of writing yourself a love letter, at all? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Write one.<\/strong> And, keep it near your palm&#8217;s reach. Can\u2019t overstate the power of that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dear friend, <\/strong>my one and only grain of wisdom that I&#8217;d been trying to sow in your beautiful, priceless terrain is that you&#8217;re whole all by yourself. That, you are <strong>f.u.c.k.i.n.g <\/strong>enough! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That, you must learn to put yourself first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Love.
