Helpless tears. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thinking. Spinning.. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Losing. Spilling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spoiling. Digging. Digging for more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suffocating. Questioning. This is your beautiful, vulnerable <strong>headspace<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stress. Anxiety. Depression. Over thinking. Anger. Annoyance. Impatience. Guilt. Frustration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whatever you call it. This is not only your problem. It&#8217;s not only your story. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;re not alone in this, my friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, whenever these waves of killing, cruel, and mainly heart pressing thoughts come to your shore &#8212; Don&#8217;t get into defense. Don&#8217;t try fighting. Don&#8217;t ignore. Observe observer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Matter of fact, as simple as it may sound but I&#8217;d want you to gracefully <strong>accept this foreign, strange and un-invited guest <\/strong><em>also called<\/em><strong> &#8216;the monkey in your brain&#8217;.<\/strong> Embrace her. Watch her. Let her dance when it dances but be <strong>aware! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be fully present.
